Mike Lindell’s MyPillow evicted from Minnesota warehouse after lawsuit claimed it was $200K behind on rent

MyPillow company of Mike Lindell, famous pillow maker and ardent supporter of former President Donald Trump, was evicted from the warehouse in St. Cloud, Minnesota, after a lawsuit claimed the company was $200,000 behind on rent.

According to the lawsuit filed in Stearns County District Court, Minnesota, MyPillow has not paid rent to the warehouse owner, First Commercial Real Estate Services, since December 2022. First Commercial Real Estate Services has demanded payment from MyPillow rent or removal from the warehouse, but MyPillow did not comply with this request.

On March 24, 2024, Judge John Scherer issued a ruling requiring MyPillow to vacate the warehouse within 10 days. MyPillow complied with the court’s ruling and vacated the warehouse on March 28, 2024.

Mike Lindell’s response: Mike Lindell has denied allegations that MyPillow is behind on rent. He said First Commercial Real Estate Services breached the lease and MyPillow is suing the company.

This incident has caused a series of serious consequences such as difficulty in storing and transporting products, possible loss of customers due to this disruption, and damage to reputation is inevitable
